We have an innovative two-tier real estate offering: 1) The Investor Tier and 2) The Renovator Tier. While these appear to be vastly different services, it is our belief that the two are complimentary and should go hand-in-hand.
The Investor Tier
Let's face it, real estate is expensive! Most of us do not have a few million dollars laying around, waiting for the right ocean-front property deal to come along. Many of us have a primary residence and work 9-5 jobs to help keep the lights on and put food on the table. We get it!
As investors in our company, we look for you spend as little or as much as you're comfortable with. Your investment goes toward owning small pieces of a larger portfolio. You can own the balcony, the kitchen, or an entire home... the choice is yours! It's a fractional approach.
The Renovator Tier
Sometimes providing for your family, enjoying leisure activities, and savoring the comforts of home is all you really need. We get that too! Many of us don't have a threshold for investing, and that is perfectly fine. Your home is your castle, and that's how it should be. We realize that, and we're there for you too!
Just as we've amassed a great deal of real estate assets, we've also garnered a large pool of contractors to service our properties. We alone lack the bandwidth to keep them busy at all times, so we can leverage our relationship with them to serve your home improvement needs.
